If you suffer from eczema or atopic dermatitis, it's best to start with the SOS Skin Care Oil. It's the most intensive and penetrates the deepest. If your skin is flaky and very dry, use the SOS Skin Balm as a second product, ideally applied over the oil.

If you find oil unpleasant or too greasy, use the balm. It's also very soothing on its own, especially for redness and flaky skin, or when your skin is very itchy.

The two-phase spray is ideal for large-area application, such as the body and dehydrated skin, as it contains aloe vera. You can also use it on the scalp in combination with a medicated shampoo.

Anyone with dry, sensitive skin should use pH-neutral, moisturizing, and soap-free products when washing their hands, body, or face. Our cleansing fluid is therefore suitable for everyone.

KAMI SOS Skin Care Oil should be applied at least twice a day initially, but preferably three to four times a day. After about three weeks, a one-week break is recommended.

For basic care between acute inflammatory episodes or to prevent them, application several times a week is recommended.

The SOS skin care balm can be used as needed, either 1-2 times a day or when the skin is itchy, tight or dry.

The 2-phase spray and the washing fluid can be used as often as desired, but for best care results, use twice a day or with every cleaning.

SOS SKIN CARE OIL:

First, test KAMI products on intact areas of your skin. If no negative or allergic reactions occur, you can use KAMI without hesitation and apply it to the affected, slightly damp areas. To do this, drip the required amount from the pipette into the palm of your hand and gently dab it on. For very dry skin, the oil may be absorbed quickly; feel free to repeat several times.

In the case of acutely irritated skin, multiple daily applications are advisable for the first few days. After three weeks, pause for one week. After the flare-up or as soon as the skin has recovered, KAMI should always be used to strengthen the skin barrier: For basic care, apply directly to the skin several times a week or add it to a cream, body lotion, or bath water.

SOS SKIN CARE BALM:

Using clean hands, take a small amount from the jar and apply it several times a day to the irritated areas. These should be well covered, but not too thickly.
Neurodermatitis: The combination of shea butter and KAMI SOS Oil provides lasting relief for neurodermatitic skin. If the balm is used in combination with the SOS skin care oil, apply the oil first, then the balm over it.
Lips and runny noses: Ideal for caring for dry lips, cracked corners of the mouth, reddened and chapped nostrils.
Scars: For massage during scar care.

2-PHASE CARE SPRAY:

Application on the body: Shake well and spray onto the affected areas from a distance of approx. 5-10 cm.
Application on the face: Shake well and spray into the palm of your hand, then apply.

WASHING FLUID:

Upon contact with water, the fragrant gel transforms into a mild, milky washing emulsion that spreads wonderfully and envelops the face and body in a soothing scent. Frequent pumping is required for the first use. The product is very economical.
Hand washing: Apply one pump to damp hands, rub, and rinse.
Face: 1-2 pumps are sufficient for the face. The product can either be applied neat to the face – this is the best way to remove make-up – or mixed with a little water beforehand. Also suitable as the first step of a double cleansing.
Bathing or showering: Approx. 5-10 pumps, mix in the bathtub or apply directly to damp skin when showering.

ROLL-ON:

Apply the oil directly to the affected areas with the roll-on.

Yes, KAMI products are also suitable for babies.

However, allergies to an ingredient can always occur, especially with natural products. Therefore, always test on healthy skin first to see if there is any intolerance. If there is no redness, you can use the product on your child.

Yes, our KAMI 2-Phase Spray is suitable for scalp application: Shake the spray, spray it close to the scalp, and massage it in. After a contact time of approximately 10-15 minutes (or overnight), wash your hair with a gentle medicated shampoo.

In acute attacks, it is advisable to continue cortisone therapy for the period recommended by the doctor without using other products.

However, when tapering off medication, KAMI can be used as a supplement 1-3 times daily to support the skin barrier. Start by using KAMI once daily instead of cortisone, and replace each subsequent cortisone application with KAMI after a few days.

Skin takes around 28 days to renew itself from the base. That's how long newly formed skin cells travel to our skin's surface. Therefore, you will likely only see the first results of your skincare after this period.
